Awesome Albums: EIR Aerochrome Color Infrared 120 and the Holga by kimo
Our featured album for today boasts of surreal-looking landscapes produced by a legendary infrared film.
Green leaves and grass turning bright red, the sky and waters into various shades of purple and blue—these are just some of the color shifts produces by the Kodak Aerochrome. It's a legendary film sought after by many analog photographers, and @kimo was lucky enough to have shot with it using his trusty Holga. As a result, his landscape photographs depict scenes out of a fantasy world.
The Awesome Albums series is exactly what it says on the tin -- it’s a love letter of sorts from the Editors addressed to user-uploaded albums that had caught their eye and had inadvertently fallen in love with. Please understand though, they’re really just here to express their love and nothing more.
