“C’était en 2013, à Tulum (Mexique). C’était la première (et dernière) pellicule que je faisais avec cet appareil photo (Konica C35 AF2). On était un petit groupe à se dire qu’on allait profiter de ces plages de dingues et il est arrivé un orage de dingue (aussi) avec le ciel gris foncé et du coup, pas vraiment possible de rester dehors… Alors on est resté dans le resto/bar toute l’après midi, au sol c’était du sable, jusqu’à ce qu’il pleuve tellement que l’eau est rentrée. En toute tranquillité, elle a traversé la salle pour aller se vider sur la plage. Les couleurs de cet endroit étaient déjà magnifiques alors là avec la lumière d’un ciel aussi cataclysmique, c’était vraiment impressionnant. Je suis sortie prendre la photo parce que avec une telle météo, je trouvais le cône de glace un peu moqueur.”
