    No @leisuresuit. it is residential building with flats and offices. The picture was taken from our balcony on the 5th floor (6th floor American counting). It's not the next building to ours but the one after that. I don't know why that shape was chosen for a roof maybe height regulations and being able to sqeeze another floor in or just a proof of concept by the architect.
