I was never really into the digital cameras I had growing up, aside from a little experimentation. Some sense of gratification was just... missing. A recent Black & White Photography, developing and printmaking class I took reminded me of the film that could be found around my house when I was very young.
So I bought a disposable camera, took some shots, and got it developed. I rediscovered the joy of DELAY. (Oh, to be born in an instant era.)
I'm currently in the process of clearing out the film camera shelf at my local pawn shop, where they have great little point-and-shoots for 2-5 dollars. Fantastic!
