   It's a memorial honoring the Jewish victims in Budapest , the site where Jewish men, women and children were shot and thrown into the Danube.

   oh, i didn't know(( i'm really sorry for asking if it was an installation.. it's just the shoes looked real to me, not iron, that's why i thought it couldn't be a memorial.. i'm sorry! and i shouldn't have written: haha and nice... ((((( stupid me
