Infield Zamboni ?

Another Detroit Tigers game. This was Free Floppy Hat Night. Many of the home games have give-a-ways for the fans. My favorite is the floppy hat, I have ten years of floppy hats, and I do where them all year long.

    I wonder if ice and skates would make sliding into base a different sort of affair.

    First I'll have to fix Infield. Second, you're obviously not familiar with stories of Ty Cobb, sliding into base cleats up. He is so well know for it, that the statue of him in the outfield is of him doing exactly that. Ice would be tricky though. ;-)
