I just bought a new old Camera. An Argus C3 Standard build in Ann Arbor, MI just down the road from where I live, looks like it was made some time in the 1960's. I didn't quite understand the directions for advancing the film so instead of risking having blank spots on my roll I under advanced to have overlapping frames. I think it turned out pretty nice.
@trw I use a flatbed scanner so I had to cut the negs into at longest 6 frame strips. It was fun, the greyhounds were trying to figure out what I was doing taping the uncut roll on the sliding glass door they use to go outside. It was the closes thing I have to a Lightbox. I felt very fortunate that the images did divide up just right to cut down to scan. And I'm really happy with the results once I scanned. I can't wait to go out with the Argus again.
