This film was not made for still photography (but for cinematography) and yet, there's no other discontinued emulsion I will miss as much as this one. Even though it sometimes turns turquoise-ish and sometimes reddish. Even though I have to expose it at EI 40 now. Good luck emulating this look with digital

This is the second expired Kodak Farbwelt I had and I shot it with my Diana Mini. Unfortunately half of the photos turned out very underexposed (heavy clouds and rainy weather) and the other half are ok (sunny weather).

My second roll of Revolog Kolor film, shot at Santorini island, Greece. Again, more monochromatic rather than rainbow-colored. But still worth a try!

    shared by wil6ka on 2017-06-20

I knew I had only a brief moment to have Apo Whang Od for a portrait. I had to wait for the 100 year old to finish her session to go to lunch. The place she hammered her tattoo was pretty dark, but I found a spot, which was just around the corner, where the sun was shining bright. Not perfect, but close by. As I got to know the family, I wanted to diplay the family bonds. Her brother Rudi helped us navigate the village and his granddaughter Grace Palicas is already stepping in to continue the tattoo legacy of her granny, who believes the art of the tradional tattoo mambabatok ought to be only transferred through blood lineage and only women do it...

First time I tried Adox Color Implosion with my Minolta Dynax! All shots taken at Pilio, Greece. Like the grainy look, though I can't explain why they seem underexposed...the sun was shining, the ISO was set at 400 and Minolta has manual settings so I was completely in control of the light metering. I have one more roll of Adox to try! #adoxcolorimplosion #minoltadynax505si #Greece #Pilio #sea #lightleaks #countryside #spring #35mm

    shared by wil6ka on 2017-01-30

On our first stop in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone we dropped in a abandonded Kindergarten in the forrest. Probably, it wasn't a forrest back then, but you know. I was a bit scared in the beginning and it proved quickly, that the photographic circumstances are tough for analogue material. We were told before, not to put a tripod or the camera down to touch the ground. And as it was quite dark some of my early shots are a bit shaky. But with time I just lost my fear and put the camera down for longtime exposure...
